Your system prepares a payment

A supplier invoice is approved, a pay run is scheduled, or a new payee is added in your accounting or ERP system.

ezyshield verifies the payee

Before the payment is sent, ezyshield confirms the person, business (ABN/ASIC), and bank account ownership. Any mismatch is flagged immediately.

Payment proceeds (or is blocked)

Verified payments proceed as normal. Unverified or mismatched payments are held until the issue is resolved. No money moves without confirmation.

Accounting platforms

Xero

Verification runs alongside your Xero payment workflow. When supplier details change in Xero, ezyshield flags the change and triggers re-verification before the next payment.

MYOB

Works with MYOB to verify payees before payments are processed. ezyshield monitors for changes to bank details and ensures every payment goes to a verified account.

QuickBooks

Add a verification layer to your QuickBooks payment process. Confirm that supplier bank details belong to the right person or business before approving a payment.

NetSuite

For businesses on NetSuite, ezyshield provides payee verification that sits alongside your existing approval workflows and vendor management processes.

Banking infrastructure

ezyshield uses Australian banking infrastructure, including the New Payments Platform (NPP), to perform Confirmation of Payee checks.

This means account ownership verification queries the receiving bank directly, not a static database. The result reflects the current state of the account in real time.

Enterprise ERP systems

For organisations running SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, ezyshield works alongside your existing vendor management and payment approval workflows.
