Frequently asked questions
How is the audit score calculated?
Each of the 10 questions is worth 2 points. "Yes" scores 2, "Partial" scores 1, and "No" scores 0. Your total out of 20 determines your grade: A (18 to 20), B (14 to 17), C (10 to 13), D (6 to 9), or F (0 to 5).
What does my score mean?
Your score reflects how well your current payment verification process protects against common fraud types. An A means strong controls are in place. A C or below means significant gaps exist that fraudsters can exploit. The specific recommendations for each "No" or "Partial" answer show you exactly where to focus.
Is this audit shared with anyone?
No. The audit runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere unless you choose to email yourself the results using the form at the bottom. If you submit the email form, we store your contact details to send the report and may follow up with relevant information.
How often should I re-audit my payment process?
At least quarterly, or whenever you change payment systems, onboard significant new suppliers, or experience a security incident. Payment fraud tactics evolve constantly, so what was sufficient six months ago may have gaps today.
